Payment Policy

Check the payment choices offered in checkout for the methods enabled for your purchase. Successful authorization is required before we process an order. Payment services may carry out a review, ask for verification, authorize the charge or refuse it.

Use accurate billing information when paying. Transactions that remain incomplete, cannot be verified or carry a high risk can be postponed or cancelled. We do not save complete card numbers on this page; secure payment-service facilities handle the payment information.

For an authorization hold, exchange-rate question, failed payment, decline, dispute or chargeback, the issuing institution or payment provider is usually the appropriate contact. Tell us if the issue also affects an order. An approved refund is ordinarily sent through the original payment method according to Refund Policy.
